What is GAPP?
The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid-funded program that provides in-home personal care and skilled nursing services for medically fragile children under the age of 21. These services are offered at no cost to families who qualify through Medicaid.
Serenity In-Home, is a GAPP certified agency, we help eligible families apply for GAPP and offer the unique opportunity for parents or legal guardians to become paid caregivers for their own children.
Become a Paid Caregiver Through GAPP
We are a GAPP Approved Agency. We help caregivers get paid to care for their medically fragile children at home through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP).
As a paid caregiver through GAPP, you will:

⏰ Work flexible hours that fit your schedule and your child’s needs
💵 Get paid weekly through our agency based approved hours
📋 Receive ongoing support, training, and compliance guidance from our team
Nursing & Personal Support Services
Through GAPP services we also provide a skilled nursing team or a personal care team to provide medical support, and assistance with daily living activities in the comfort of your home.
How It Works
Assessment & Onboarding – Our team works with your family to assess your child’s needs. Service approval typically takes up to 30 days.
Personalized Care Plan – Once approved, your child immediately begins receiving care tailored to their needs.
Ongoing Support – We collaborate closely with parents and caregivers, ensuring your child receives the best care possible in the home environment.
